The Domaine Berthaut Domaine-Gerbet winery is a family-run estate with roots dating back to the late 18th century, currently managed by Amélie Berthaut across generations. The estate cultivates 18 hectares of vineyards primarily in Fixin, alongside holdings in Gevrey Chambertin, Vosne Romanée, and Flagey Echezeaux. Production focuses entirely on Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée wines, with reds accounting for 90 percent of the portfolio. The vines are tended with a respect for the environment and an organic approach, while the wines are vinified and aged using non-interventionist methods.
