About the estate
The Domaine Arena estate is situated at the foot of the west coast of Cap Corse on the heights of the Gulf of Saint-Florent. The vineyards are located on Mount San Anghjulu on steep and semi-steep slopes, with some parcels planted in 1982 and a small parcel being a century old. The estate has always been worked naturally without the use of pesticides or chemical products. The main grape varieties of the appellation are Niellucciu and Malvasgia, supplemented by varieties such as Muscat, Biancu Gentile, Carcaghjolu Neru, Morescone, and Minustellu. Vinification takes place in the family cellar in the heart of the village of Patrimoniu.
