About the estate
The Dóka Éva Pincészete estate cultivates a half-hectare vineyard planted with Chardonnay in the Szélmente vineyard as its first joint plot in the Zala wine region. Traditional grape varieties characteristic of the region form the foundation of the winery, yielding age-worthy white wines with good acidity. In addition, the estate plants special grape varieties and develops modern winemaking technologies. Throughout all phases of production from the vine to the bottle, maintaining harmony with the nature remains a central focus of the work.
