About the estate
The family-owned Destilerija Aura based in Buzet produces exclusive brandies, liqueurs, gins, and jams. The main raw materials, such as wild herbs and wild fruits, are harvested by hand in ecologically clean natural areas on the slopes of Ćićarija and other parts of Istria. The entire production process, from fermentation to bottling, takes place within the distillery. The product range is based on traditional recipes without any artificial ingredients. The products are distributed through dedicated shops located in numerous towns and regions across Croatia.
