About the estate

The Davitiani 2020 winery continues the family tradition of Georgian winemaking following difficult historical times and the revitalization of abandoned vineyards. Named after the daughter of the family, the estate sees itself as a bridge between the past and the future. In the family-run cellar located in the village of Shindisi, wines are produced that reflect the essence of the local terroir. The vineyards are planted on the right bank of the Liakhvi River and benefit from the unique combination of soil, climate, and traditional practices. The portfolio features grape varieties such as Goruli Mtsvane, Shavkapito, and Tavkveri, vinified both classically and in qvevri.
