About the estate
The Crama Stirbey winery looks back on a history of over 300 years in the Dragasani wine region, originally established by the princely Stirbey family. In 1999, descendants rediscovered and revived the historic estate to continue its long tradition. Today, the winery focuses on exploring the unique terroir of individual parcels and the richness of various grape varieties. The overarching goal is to preserve the balance between nature and humanity while producing long-lived wines.
