About the estate

The Crama de Piatra estate is located in the village of Vadu Săpat in the heart of the Dealu Mare wine region. The history of the winery began at the beginning of the 20th century between 1909 and 1912, when Italian craftsmen built the limestone structure. Following restoration work that began in 2018, the first wines under the Crama de Piatra brand and the Boian wine were launched. In addition to winemaking, the property offers accommodation, a restaurant, and wine tastings. The historic building stands out for the natural properties of the limestone, which regulates temperature and humidity.
