The Corte Saibante estate is located in San Pietro in Cariano in the heart of the classic Valpolicella area, originating from a project rooted in a passion for family vineyards. The vineyards feature various training systems such as pergola and guyot on clay soils originating from glacial deposits. The grape varieties include Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella, which form the basis for wines such as Amarone della Valpolicella, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Verona IGT. The winery focuses on sustainability and is converting its entire production to organic farming.
