The Corte Quaiara winery is located in Sona in the Veneto region and looks back on a tradition that began sixty years ago when the grandfather chose a quail as the emblem for the bottles. The estate cultivates its vineyards with a deep respect for the land, promoting biodiversity between the rows and relying on meticulous manual work in both the vineyard and the cellar. The portfolio includes Pinot Nero, a challenging grape variety that requires constant attention and defines the character of the estate.
