The Clos Mirages estate is situated in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and faces the Massif des Maures. Since 2019, the Paillard family has cultivated the organic vineyards of the property. The certified organic wine estate covers 15 hectares and features vines aged between 35 and 50 years. The portfolio includes organically produced wines in rosé, white, and red styles under the protected designation of origin AOC Côtes de Provence. In addition to winemaking, the estate places great emphasis on protecting the surrounding natural environment.
