About the estate

The Christian Haider winery is a modern estate in Neusiedl am See in Burgenland, which is now run by the family in the third generation. Covering 16 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates sites such as Neuberg, Blindberg, Seefeld, and Hutweide. The Pannonian mix of numerous hours of sunshine and the unique microclimate shapes the character of the hand-harvested grapes. The portfolio includes fruity white wines as well as full-bodied reds of top quality. The working method is rooted in careful vineyard management and a strong connection to the region.

The eno directory lists 25 wines, mostly from Zweigelt and Chardonnay. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include Germany.
