About the estate
The Château Petit Gravet estate is a family-owned property in Saint-Émilion with a history dating back to 1873. Claude Nouvel has managed the 3.66-hectare vineyards since 1999, continuing a tradition passed down through generations. The vines have an average age of 45 years, grow on sandy and gravelly soils, and comprise Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The winery follows organic practices, performing all vineyard tasks and harvesting by hand. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by barrel aging.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
