The Château Mazeyres estate is located in the Pomerol appellation and cultivates a terroir divided into three distinct zones across the western and southern terraces. The soils consist of fine clayey gravel, sandy clays, and gravelly-sandy clays, characterized by a diverse mineral and organic composition. These specific soil conditions impart a unique texture to the wines, defined by finesse, elegance, and the pronounced velvety quality of Merlot. In its vineyard work, the estate focuses on accompanying natural processes to express the singularity of the location and each vintage.
