About the estate
The Château La Marzelle estate is situated on the Haute Terrasse of Saint-Émilion and spans seventeen hectares of vineyards. In 1998, the Sioen family acquired the property, initiating extensive restructuring and a transition to organic and biodynamic farming practices. The unified vineyard area is planted with seventy-five percent Merlot, seventeen percent Cabernet Franc, and eight percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, the estate is managed by the third generation of the family and produces wines under the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé classification.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
