About the estate
Four generations of winemakers have succeeded one another at Chateau Haut Jamard, which is currently run by Olivier Charpentier and his wife Carine. Located in the heart of Lussac, the approximately 16-hectare estate features diverse and naturally well-drained soils. The traditional grape variety mix consists predominantly of Merlot alongside Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet-Franc. The estate relies on grass-covered vineyards and certified environmentally friendly farming. The portfolio comprises seven wines, including traditional blends and oak-aged specialties.
