About the estate
The Château Fleur Cardinale estate manages vineyards on two opposing slopes of a limestone plateau in Saint-Emilion. The northern slope is home to the vines dedicated to the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé as well as a white wine under the Bordeaux appellation. The vineyard work adapts to each individual plot using advanced agro-ecological practices and biological methods. In the cellars, the various lots are aged in a selection of tanks, barrels, foudres, and amphorae.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
