The Chateau de Valmer estate is located in the Loire Valley on a rocky spur with limestone slopes, covering a vineyard area of 35 hectares. The vineyards are planted with the Chenin Blanc grape variety, producing dry, off-dry, sweet, and sparkling wines. The estate produces wines under several designations, including AOC Touraine and AOC Vouvray. The wines are aged in historical tufa cellars and fermented in thermo-regulated concrete tanks. The property is currently managed by the fifth generation of the Saint Venant family.
