The estate manages 20 hectares of vineyards, which include the renowned Clos Marey-Monge. In the vineyard and during vinification, the winery relies on organic and biodynamic farming methods to produce wines within the AOC Pommard appellation. Hand-harvesting and minimal intervention allow the expression of the grape varieties and the unique terroir to shine through.
