About the estate

The Château de la Grenière estate has been managed by the Dubreuil family in Lussac across five generations since 1914. Cultivating 15 hectares of vineyards under sustainable farming certified as HVE 4, the estate grows Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. The soils feature deep gravel, ferruginous clay, and a limestone bedrock, contributing structure and freshness to the wines. Vinification utilizes stainless steel, concrete vats, and French oak barrels depending on the specific cuvée. The winery produces approximately 40,000 bottles annually under the AOC Lussac Saint Emilion, AOC Lussac-Saint-Emilion, and Atlantique IGP denominations.
