The Champagne William Saintot estate in Avenay Val D'or looks back on a family history that began in 1918 with Firmin Saintot. Over generations, the business has been continuously expanded, and today a mother and son continue the traditional work as independent winemakers. The vineyard is managed using environmentally certified procedures, avoiding the use of herbicides and insecticides. In addition to artisanal viticulture, nature-friendly methods and a dedicated pressing center shape the production. The wines are distributed in France as well as exported.
