The family-owned Champagne Rion Simon estate manages 2.15 hectares of vineyards located entirely within the terroir of Courmas in the Petite Montagne de Reims sector. The estate cultivates the three historic grape varieties of Champagne, namely Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, with the utmost respect for the environment. Soil cultivation is employed to highlight the distinctive typicity of the production. The portfolio comprises a total of six different champagnes.
