The Champagne Moutaux estate is an independent winegrower located in Bligny in the heart of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. The family practices a reasoned viticulture that respects the local terroir, nature, and people. The entire production process, from cultivating the grapes in their own vineyards to vinifying and aging the wines, takes place directly on the property according to traditional methods. The estate has been a member of the independent winegrowers federation since 2011.
