About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Mourey Dumangin was founded in 2007 by Damien Mourey in Chigny les Roses in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. He cultivates 4.5 hectares of vineyards with premier cru status located in the communes of Ludes, Chigny les Roses, and Rilly la Montagne. Vineyard management is carried out with respect for the environment and leads to manual harvesting of the Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grape varieties. During vinification, the winemaker produces both single-varietal cuvées and blends, which are partially enhanced with reserve wines aged in oak casks.
