In 1931, Maurice and Léone Gonel began commercializing wine under their own brand and established the estate's premises. Subsequent generations continuously expanded the family business, notably excavating further cellar levels and investing in pressing equipment. Today, Lucienne, Guillaume, and Camille run the winery, ensuring the continuation of traditional production under the AOC Champagne denomination.
