About the estate
The Champagne Marcel Moineaux estate farms vineyards in the traditional area of Chouilly within the Champagne region. Led by Thibault, the winery builds upon the heritage of grandfather Marcel, whose name now adorns the wines. The philosophy of the house is closely tied to the regional terroir and emphasizes working in harmony with nature. At the center of production are iconic Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnay that reflect the character of the Grands Crus. The vinification is carried out with great care directly at the property.
