The Champagne Hervé Dubois estate is located in Avize in the heart of the Côte des Blancs and is run as a family business in the fourth generation. Founded in 1920, the house cultivates its vineyards independently and processes exclusively its own grapes. The winemaking is carried out by hand from planting to marketing, respecting traditional values and nature. The portfolio includes various champagnes, including several Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru cuvées.
