The Champagne Haton estate manages sixty hectares of vineyards mainly spread across six villages in the Marne Valley. Jean-Noël and Sébastien Haton follow a reasoned approach in the vineyard and pay close attention to cellar work. For their cuvées, they process grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from various sites across Champagne. Parcel-by-parcel vinification and extended aging on the lees shape the characteristic style of the wines. The portfolio includes a versatile selection of champagnes with distinct personalities.
