The Champagne Gondé Rousseaux estate was founded in 1976 by Édith Rousseaux and Didier Gondé and is currently led by Florian Gondé. The winery manages 3.96 hectares of vineyards and produces between 5,000 and 15,000 bottles annually. The estate has gradually transitioned its working methods toward organic practices and farms the vineyards using biodynamic methods with corresponding certifications. In addition, the producer implements environmental protection measures such as tree planting and the use of renewable energy. The portfolio includes Champagnes and wines.
