About the estate
The Champagne Gilles Menu house is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in the wine-growing village of Chigny-les-Roses. Founded in 1907 by Alexandre, this family-run estate is currently managed in the fourth generation by Gilles, following his predecessors Edmond and Gilbert. The cuvées of the estate are bottled and aged in the cellar for a period of three to five years to achieve their full maturity.
