About the estate
The traditional champagne house Champagne G.H. Mumm was founded in 1827 in Reims in the heart of the Champagne region and looks back on a winemaking history dating back to the 18th century. Under the leadership of defining figures such as Georges Hermann Mumm and René Lalou, the estate developed into a globally renowned producer of top-tier wines. The vineyard area spans 160 hectares, which are predominantly classified as Grands Crus in historic villages. At the core of production are the highest standards of quality, traditional craftsmanship, and the characteristic fruit richness of Pinot Noir. The portfolio comprises exquisite AOC Champagne wines that are exported internationally.
