The Champagne Diogène Tissier et Fils estate was founded in 1931 by Diogène Tissier and is located in Chavot-Courcourt. Today, the winery is managed in the third generation by Vincent Tissier and his wife Nathalie. The vineyards are primarily situated on sunny slopes in Courcourt. The various champagne cuvées are produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. All stages of winemaking, from pressing to the dispatch of the bottles, take place directly at the estate.
