The family estate Champagne Denis Patoux is based in Vandières in the Champagne region and produces its wines using traditional methods. All champagnes from the winery are exclusively produced from the best musts of the initial pressing as tête de cuvée. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted directly in the vineyard by professionals to ensure excellent sanitary quality. Furthermore, the estate is certified as having high environmental value.
