About the estate

The Champagne Christophe Lefèvre estate cultivates five hectares of vineyards in Bonneil in the Marne Valley according to organic farming standards. Situated in a natural amphitheater, the vineyards feature south-southeast exposures and soils composed of clay, marl and various limestones. The family cultivates the grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on these parcels. The winery has been producing its champagnes independently since 1988 and presses the harvested grapes directly on-site at the property.
