About the estate
The family-owned Champagne Boutillez-Guer estate is located in Villers Marmery in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and looks back on a centuries-old winemaking tradition. In 1981, Marc took over the family holding and created the estate's first cuvées in 1995. He was joined by his daughter Manon in 2018, who succeeded him in 2020. The estate manages 5.25 hectares of vineyards planted predominantly with Chardonnay. Production focuses on AOC Champagne within the framework of a committed sustainable environmental approach.
