The Celler Sebastià Pastor estate is a traditional family winery located in Santa Maria del Camí, founded in 1937 and currently managed by the fourth generation. The vineyards are situated near the village in the areas of Pla de Buc and Torrent Fals, where ancestral viticulture is practiced. The winery consistently focuses on local grape varieties such as Mantonegro, Callet, and Prensal Blanc. Harvesting is done by hand in the vineyard to ensure maximum integrity of the grapes. In the cellar, the estate combines traditional methods with modern techniques including temperature control and stainless steel tanks.
