The family winery Cave Pascal & Pierre Bourgeois looks back on a generations-spanning history since the 1600s and is located in Menetou-Salon within the Berry wine region. Pascal and his son Pierre cultivate 13 hectares of vineyards on Upper Jurassic clay-limestone soils, which are partially covered with small fossilized shells. The estate places great emphasis on meticulous and environmentally conscious work in harmony with nature. The white wines are produced from the Sauvignon grape variety, whereas the red and rosé wines are made from Pinot Noir.
