About the estate
The Cave du Clos Aimond Sarl winery cultivates four hectares of vineyards in Aigle in the Vaud region. Four successive generations have contributed to crafting traditional wines known for their maturity. Christine and Marius Martin took over management of the estate in 2004. The cultivated grape varieties include Chasselas, Gamay, Gamaret, Pinot noir, and Divico. Since 2016, the vineyards and soils have been farmed organically. The wines are protected under the AOC Chablais and AOC Vaud denominations.
