The Cave du Bon winery in Echichens was founded in 1959 by Ernest Gros and is operated as a family business. The estate cultivates a vineyard area of over 7 hectares planted with 16 different grape varieties. Vineyard management relies on environmentally friendly and sustainable methods to preserve the soils. The wines are produced in harmony with the regional terroirs and carry the appellations AOC La Côte and AOC Vaud.
