About the estate

The Cave des Vins de Sancerre was established in 1963 as a cooperative union of winegrowers in the Loire Valley. The vineyards are situated in a hilly landscape shaped by a geological fault, featuring Kimmeridgian marl, limestone soils, and silex-rich clay soils. Sauvignon Blanc serves as the primary grape variety, providing the wines with freshness and distinct minerality. Additionally, Pinot Noir is cultivated on approximately twenty percent of the plots to produce red and rosé wines.

The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to horeca.
