About the estate
The Cave de Bovanche winery is a family estate located in Ardon, positioned at the exit of the village toward Chamoson. Nicolas Jacquier serves as the winemaker, representing the second generation to run the estate. All wines produced by the company are vinified directly on the property. Furthermore, the estate was named Rookie of the Year in 2022 by Gault and Millau.
