About the estate
The Cave Coopérative de Montaud winery has been operating since 1938, originating from local winemakers pooling their winemaking resources. In the 1990s, three neighboring cellars united to form Les Celliers du Val des Pins. Today, around one hundred winegrowing families cultivate a vineyard area of 600 hectares across the communes of Montaud, Saint-Bauzille de Montmel, Sussargues, Saint-Drézéry, and Castries. The estate's wines are available at the tasting room located in the village of Sussargues.
