About the estate
The Cava Canals Domingo winery was established in 1957 in the heart of the Penedès region in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia by the Canals and Domingo families to produce artisanal cava. Continuous growth led to the construction of the current cellars among the estate's own vineyards in 1980, further anchoring the project to the local winemaking tradition. To this day, the estate maintains its family essence, producing honest cavas and wines deeply rooted in the land. The production philosophy focuses on combining tradition and innovation while respecting the natural rhythm of the soil. The winery welcomes visitors for guided tours and tastings, seamlessly connecting wine production with regional gastronomy.
