Carvers Hill Estate

About the estate

Owned by the Griffiths family, the Carvers Hill Estate winery is situated within the conservation landscape of the North Wessex Downs. In 2021, over 21,000 to 22,000 vines including Pinot Noir, Pinot Precoce, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay were planted across six hectares of vineyards. The estate follows sustainable practices and avoids the use of herbicides to encourage fruit quality. Winemaker Emma Rice assisted the team in producing the first release, which features a light rosé wine. Alongside winemaking, the property incorporates a state-of-the-art winery, accommodation, and private event spaces.
