About the estate
The Cantine Russo winery has its roots in the 19th century when the Russo family acquired land in the municipality of Taurasi. In 1999, Ermanno Russo realized the plan to continue the winemaking tradition, replant vineyards, and build a cellar. The estate's own vineyards in the Carazita area cover approximately seven hectares and are entirely cultivated with the native Aglianico grape variety. Managed as a family business, the winery focuses on producing single-varietal wines from indigenous grape varieties and operates on the market.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Aglianico.
