The Cantina Zehnhof estate in Roveré della Luna is managed by the Rossi family in the third generation, with a history dating back to 1928. The vineyards are situated in the border area between Trentino and South Tyrol on the slopes of the Adige Valley. The grape varieties cultivated include Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Lagrein, Pinot Nero, as well as Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay used for sparkling wines. The winery focuses on meticulous, environmentally conscious vineyard management and traditional winemaking practices to highlight the distinct characteristics of the local terroir.
