The Cantina Sociale Val Tidone estate is located in the heart of the Val Tidone within the Colli Piacentini hills and was founded sixty years ago. The cooperative processes the grapes of 180 members and oversees the entire production chain from the vineyard to bottling. The portfolio includes traditional sparkling wines alongside wines from the Colli Piacentini and Gutturnio designations. For vinification, the winery relies on the traditional technique of natural bottle fermentation combined with modern cellar technology. Distribution takes place directly through the estate and through commercial channels.
