About the estate
Cantina Settecani was founded in 1923 in the hamlet of the same name in Castelvetro di Modena by a group of winegrowers. Today, the historic cooperative unites 150 members who jointly cultivate 400 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are situated on sandy and lime-rich clay soils in the hills of Castelvetro, where varieties such as Lambrusco Grasparossa, Pignoletto, and Trebbiano are grown. The production includes wines under the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP and Pignoletto di Modena DOP denominations. The wines of the winery are distributed and exported to numerous countries worldwide.
