About the estate

The Cantina Diamanti estate has been operating an organic farm in Zola Predosa on the Bologna hills since 2003. Across 3.5 hectares of vineyards, traditional grape varieties such as Pignoletto and Barbera are cultivated. The family manages the agricultural activities using organic methods and specializes in the artisanal production of sparkling organic wines through bottle fermentation. The agricultural portfolio is complemented by olive oil, honey, and spirits. Under the leadership of the new generation, the estate now distributes its certified products internationally as well.
