About the estate
The Cantina Bal del Oca estate is situated in the hills of Botticino and traces its origins back to 1909. Today, the winery is managed by Luca and Nicoletta as a family project rooted in tradition and respect for nature. The vineyards are cultivated organically in the hills, producing certified organic wines including the Botticino DOC denomination. The maturation of the wine takes place in oak barrels within a modern winery built by the family. In addition to winemaking, the estate produces organic honey and extra virgin olive oil.
