The Ca’ dei Fiori estate is located in the heart of Valdobbiadene, rooted in a farming tradition established by Giustino and carried forward today by his son Luca. The vineyards stretch along historic routes and steep hillsides, where the Glera grape thrives on morainic soils, sandstone, and clay. Due to the steep gradients, all vineyard management including pruning and harvesting is performed entirely by hand. The portfolio features various expressions such as Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Prosecco DOC, reflecting the distinct characteristics of the region.
